This week, I am somehow still having new experiences to share!
Went back to Chinatown this friday and tested out some honey chicken and it was amazing. It reminded me of the American Chinese General Tso’s Chicken as it had a somewhat sweet taste to it.
Went to a Japanese club in Chinatown Friday night with some Bucknell friends and became the loud ignorant American stereotype for the night as people were very welcoming to us. We all danced and ate some Hungry Jacks (Australia’s Burger Kind) afterwards.
I went back to Bondi Beach on Saturday with some of my friends to get surfing lessons from some very experienced college kids. Surfing was so much fun as failing to surf just means you take a big splash into the water, so the process of learning never feels too hard on yourself. I never realized how tiring it could be after we had done it for around 2 hours; Sadly I could not take any pictures but this will most likely not be my last time trying it here.
