The beach might be my favorite place on earth. Everything is better reading a book, listening to music, tanning, even eating a sandwhich. Lauren and I did the Bondi to Coogee walk and were able to see all of the beaches along the coast. On the walk we were able to see all the unique coastline in between each of the bestes. Bondi and Coogee were the most crowded as they are the main beaches but we didnt realize how many spots there were in between the two that had their own uniqe features from different stands to oean pools and small shopping strips outside of them.
Of them all I think Tamarama is my favorite beach. They have THE BEST snack shop, rocks to walk over where dogs play, and the perfect amout of people.
However, my favorite place by the ocean aand maybe in the world is Wylie Baths. Its one of those places that you just have to sit there and smile becasue if you saw a picture of it you would doubt how a oplace like that can truly be real.
Last week I was also able to take the ferry to Manly beach. Although our entrie apartment made the trip, Alexa and I left a little bit earlier and were able to shot and get sandwhiches as well as walking around the market to different booths. Thank god we did becasue if we hadent we wouldnt have spotted Butterboy and gone back for the best cookie I have ever had in my life later. It was warm and stuffed with nutella(😒 we were only able to get one to share becasue they didnt tell us that there would be more after they sold out so we got a different dessert).
Before coming to Australia I hadn’t done much research aside from knowing it would be summer and there were lots of ebaches and that infromatioin alone was enough for me. After a month I have come to realize that there is so much more to the country then that great food, unique animals, museums, and so many unique experiences that we have uet to experience. But I will say that if there was nothing more then summer and the beach that would be enough to make the entire trip worth it.
