Last week, we got the chance to go to Bintan, one of the islands in Indonesia. It was a very beautiful island, with very similar heat to Singapore but without the extreme humidity. The resort itself was even more astonishing, as it felt like it was a separate area for all the guests. Only problem I had with my weekend was that I had no service there, which I forgot to tell my mom about as she called me 5 times over the weekend.
Friday was just a relaxing day as I went out with Tomy and Matt to the beach to relax. The beach was honestly a very different experience, as we all believed that the sand on the beach was the softest sand we had ever touched and the water was extremely warm; I have never gone to a beach with warm water like that before. We spent their tanning and swimming, while enjoying some music. For dinner and lunch, I had the chicken alfredo which was absolutely amazing.
Saturday was filled with different activities to do. In the beginning, I spent doing some activities by myself with archery, rifle shooting and airsoft shooting. Archery was amazing as I had never shot a bow and arrow before and I was hitting almost every shot. After the shooting and lunch, Tomy, Matt and I went to a beach club to go kayaking and paddleboarding. We did amazing (went tipped over 5 times) and it was nice experiencing one of the best beaches in the world.

On Sunday, before we departed, I had Bianca book me a massage appointment with the local massage therapist. I had a lot of knots in my back and legs so it was nice getting readjusted. Overall, the trip was amazing, and it let me know that there is still a lot to explore in Southeast Asia.
