Spring break

This past week was our fiunbal week in australia which we got to spend in Carins!!!! The only downsides to this week were all the flights we had to take which my fear of flying was not ready for. However, Maddie and Stella were ready to hold my hand and distract me the entire time. Out of all the days In Carins my favorite by far was when we went to the great barrier reef. I think I can say with full certanty that was the coolest thing I have even seen in my life. Although I was initially scared […]

Wineries

This past weekend we had an incredible Alumni sponsored opportunity to take a trip to Hunter Valley where we able to go to three wineries and learn how to propery taste different wines to truly experience all the different flavors of reds, whties, and rose.  Our first stop was at Brokenwood Winery where there were wines in a variety of different regions. We were split into two groups and sat at round tables with sommeliers that taught us how to taste the wine. After completing the weekend Im glad this tour was first as it was the only one that […]

Tik Tok

At the beginning of this week I found myself frantically filling out my Gcal trying to figure out how although it feels like we have been here forever it also feels like there are a million things I still need to do with less then a month left. All of which come from the most credible source I have Tik Tok reccommmendations. Although it is mainly a joke I will say the 16 hours Tik Tok was down were the longest 16 hours of my life thus far. Instagram reels just didn’t give me the content I was looking for […]

Beach

The beach might be my favorite place on earth. Everything is better reading a book, listening to music, tanning, even eating a sandwhich. Lauren and I did the Bondi to Coogee walk and were able to see all of the beaches along the coast. On the walk we were able to see all the unique coastline in between each of the bestes. Bondi and Coogee were the most crowded as they are the main beaches but we didnt realize how many spots there were in between the two that had their own uniqe features from different stands to oean pools […]
