Hot and Tan In Indonesia

Ok here we go again. Last blog of my time here on my journey abroad. Looking back there were so many things I’ve experienced. From different cultures, to food, to places. First I would like to apologies for all my readers that I missed last weeks update. To recap last week, work was so dull. I was doing some meaningless research and finished it early. Salamat Hari Raya and an Eventful Weekend

The beginning of the week started off slow. Monday I had to finish a huge data project for work that started mid day on Friday. The rest of the week was filled with revising comments and doing more market research about trading apps. The real fun started on Friday. Fantastic Food Frenzy

On this episode of what’s going on in the life of David. Food This week was filled with the most amazing food. It started on Tuesday when my coworkers took me to a hawker center. I got duck and rice for 4 bucks. That it actually insane. In the US I am spending at least 20 bucks on a meal let alone on some duck. It’s just unreal. It tasted so good too. Spring Break and then Time to Lock In

This week marked the start and end to spring break. Spring break was so fun. First, I got to experience true Australia by going to this sick crocodile sanctuary. We saw some pretty big ones that were crazy aggressive for food. Im talking 4 to 5 meters long. They were doing a private feeding tour of this one named titan and this was one of the biggest animals I’ve ever seen in my life. It was at this place that I tried crocodile for the second time. End of the First Half and We’re Up 1-0

This week was a bitter sweet one as my time in Sydney, Australia has come to an end. This one was filled with moments with friends and goodbyes for now. Yet, through the sad times the future holds many more memories to be made and they have already started in our new excursion in Carins. This week I got lost. BAD.
